Every spring, RSM Teens issues service award certificates signed by the Mayor of Rancho Santa Margarita and stamped with the official city seal.

A note on PVSA: The Presidential Volunteer Service Award program is currently paused due to federal budget cuts. Once it is reinstated, RSM Teens will apply to become a certifying organization.
